People on #TwitterGhana can now target their Tweets at select followers and friends, following the global roll-out of the new Twitter Circle feature. The announcement Tweet from Twitter and Thread from @JaySullivan, the social media company’s GM of Consumer and Revenue Product, revealed that Twitter Circle is meant to “help you break the ice, feel more comfortable Tweeting, and have a way to communicate more privately with your people”.
