PHOTOS: Passenger bus somersaults at Okponglo after failing brake

A mini Benz bus carrying passengers has somersaulted at the Okponglo section of the Accra-Madina highway.

According to eyewitnesses, the vehicle with registration number GW 5295-12 was heading to Accra from the Madina end of the road but failed brake while approaching the traffic light.

No other vehicle was involved in the incident.

Emergency workers have arrived at the scene to help victims in the car.

Starr News source at the scene says an ambulance is currently conveying injured victims to the hospital.
