Two NGOs support three( 3) schools in Yilo Krobo- Obawale

The Chief Executive Officer of OYE Foundation and KGL Foundation Miss. Abigail Anani and her team have donated Textbooks and other relief items to Schools at Obawale in the Yilo Krobo municipality of Eastern Region.

According to Nenebi AYERTEY of Rite fm, the beneficiaries were pupils of Obawale Mothodes primary, presby primary and Agrican primary School all at Obawale in the yilo krobo.

Miss Abigail Anani, statement that she want to motivate the pupils in rural Schools to keep hope alive when everything seems to be going against them.

She also stressed that their agenda of “Every child must read and write” has resulted in the hope of the foundation.

“It is our aim to support the less privileged and the orphans because they all have the potential to hold higher positions in the country to facilitate development, however, lack of this petty petty support can derail their prospects in the future” Miss Anani stated.

“We have as well noticed that majority of the primary School pupils in rural areas are staying with other people whiles others hawk before they are able to earn income to buy their learning material as well as School uniforms” She added.

ON behalf of the yilo krobo Educational Diector, Dr. FRANK Agbugblah
expressed gratitude to the leaders of the Oye foundation for their kind gesture towards the schools.

The Assembly member of the Obawale area Mr. Tetteh Osanubor, also expressed gratitude and also called on other NGO’s to come to the aids of students in the area.
