Headmaster and USA based Ghanian present sports wears to Afedzi School

 

The Twifo Atti-Morkwa 2020 overall district best farmer who double as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Show Bouy’s Farms and Headmaster of Afedzi D/A Primary School in the central region, Mr. Isaac Agyiri popularly known as “Show Boy” has present a set of jerseys, football, captain hand-band etc to Afedzi D/A Primary School.

Mr. Isaac Agyiri said the donation of the sports equipment, which is a joint initiative by him and his Friend based in United States of America (USA) Mr. Godfred Ankomah, is meant to promote sports and academic excellence in the District.

The 2020 overall district best farmer for Twifo Atti-Morkwa, Show Bouy’s Farms CEO and Headmaster of Afedzi D/A Primary School in the presentation ceremony at Afedzi said the next presentations would shocked the community and the entire District.

Mr. Isaac said the four (4) set of jerseys and two (2) footballs and other equipments were estimated at 3,000 Ghana Cedis.

Mr. Isaac Agyiri assured the chief of Afedzi, elders of the communities and the leaders of the school of his unflinching support for sports and games and other important education issues. Being a sports man himself, he and his friend Godfred Ankomah who stay at USA promised to support individual players who would excel in the game of football and other sporting activities to the highest level.

He urged the school authorities to put the jerseys, footballs and other items to good use by encouraging their pupils to utilize their leisure time profitably.

The chief of Afedzi community Nana Kwame Okutah I and the School Management Committee Chairman (SMC) Mr. Paul Adokoh and other elders, who received the donations expressed their profound gratitude to the Headmaster of the school who double as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the United States of America (USA) based Mr. Godfred Ankomah for honoring their plea and also urged others to help motivate students and the youth to develop their interest in sports.
