A budget with expenditure more than income is practically nothing – Hassan Ayariga

H. E. Hassan Ayariga, the founder and leader of the All People Congress (APC), claimed that the 2024 budget that Finance Minister Ken Offori Atta presented is a meaningless document that offers no hope to the average Ghanaian.

In his view, President Akufo-Addo, Bawumiah-led NPP government, and likewise, NDC, whose budgetary outlays consistently surpass its revenue are the worst ever in terms of economic management.

Ghanaians must unite to establish a fresh political force capable of delivering Ghana from the grip of the NPP and NDC.

“I am very disappointed in the President Akufo-Addo, Bawumiah led NPP government after going through the 2024 budget Presented in Parliament by Ken Ofori Atta the finance minister as ‘NKunim Budget”. He stated.

“Budget with its expenditure more than income is practically nothing, rather, more borrowing is expected to be able to manage the country economy”. H. E. Hassan Ayariga added.

Addressing the media on Sunday, November 19, 2023, during a debba and the installation of a new Kusasi Chief (Ahenkro Kusanaaba) at Ahenkro in the Afigya Kwabre North Constituency in the Ashanti Region, he begged all Ghanaians to support the APC in 2024 to save Ghana from the corrupt NPP and NDC, who had no good plans for the country’s future generations.
