Resetting Ghana:NDC Holds Pivotal Communication Workshop In Agona West

The Agona West Constituency Communication Bureau of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) recently hosted a comprehensive communication workshop at the Cottage Na Grill Hotel in Agona Swedru. The event, themed “Effective Communication for Resetting Ghana,” aimed to equip participants with modern communication skills to effectively engage the public and articulate the party’s vision for Ghana under John Mahama’s leadership.

The workshop brought together Constituency Executives, Branch Communication Officers, Ward Coordinators, Campaign Team Members, and members of the Communications Committee and Secretariat. Renowned speakers, including Alex Edudzi Kudzo Tamakloe Esq., Professor I.K. Dontwi, and Miss Gabriella Tetteh, shared their expertise on various communication topics.

Participants engaged in sessions on Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Cross-Cultural and Crisis Communication, Effective Digital Communication, Emotional Intelligence in Communication, Storytelling for Impact, Active Listening and Feedback, and Non-Verbal Communication. These sessions empowered attendees to effectively share the party’s policies and objectives with the electorate.

The workshop underscored NDC’s commitment to strengthening its communication framework. Attendees left well-equipped and motivated to contribute to the party’s mission of resetting Ghana and bringing progress under John Mahama and Mrs. Ernestina Ofori Dangbey’s leadership. This initiative follows similar workshops held in other regions, such as the Upper West Region, where communicators were trained and equipped with necessary information and skills for the party’s victory in the December polls.
