Bernard Oduro Takyi, a Chartered Economist and member of the NDC National Youth Working Committee, has called on party faithfuls to unite and campaign vigorously for John Mahama’s presidential bid as well as all the 276 parliamentary candidates.
Mr Takyi emphasized the importance of unity among NDC members, stating that Ghanaians have placed their hopes in the party to win this year’s elections for a non-negotiable resetting mission.
“The people believe in us, but we must work even harder to secure what rightfully belongs to them,” Takyi stressed, urging party members to eschew activities that may hinder the party’s chances.
He noted that Ghanaians are counting on the NDC to reclaim power and fulfil its promise to the masses.
As the NDC gears up for the elections, Takyi’s message resonates with the party’s core values of social democracy. The NDC has consistently demonstrated its commitment to the principles of social democracy, and Takyi’s call to action reinforces this dedication.
Mr Takyi’s rallying cry, NDC members are poised to work together, mobilize support, and ensure a resounding victory for John Mahama. Party members uniting and campaigning massively, the party aims to secure the power that rightfully belongs to the Ghanaian people.
He concluded, “Let us come together in unity to reclaim power… Ghanaians are counting on us and placing their hopes in our hands.” The NDC’s path to victory relies on the collective effort of its members, and Takyi’s words serve as a powerful reminder of this imperative.
