Kumawu teachers awards: MP reward teachers with motorcycle and more.

The member of Parliament for the good people of Kumawu Constituency, Honourable Ernest Yaw Anim has on Monday rewarded this in his Constituency to enhance education in his Constituency.

 

The 2025 Kumawu MP’s Teachers Awards which took place on Monday, 17th February, 2025, is set to recognise and celebrate excellence in education in the Kumawu Constituency.

 

 

The event featured an array of exciting prizes, including refrigerators, motorbike, new TV sets, cash rewards, and certificates of recognition.

In the speech of the honourable member, he emphasized the pivotal role teachers play in shaping a great society, their selfless sacrifices, unwavering patience, and unrelenting dedication are the reason children have a brighter future.

 

“I am to reaffirm my commitment to education in the Kumawu Constituency, which is one of progress, innovation, and empowerment” he stated.

 

 

“A vision which prioritises the strategic integration of technology, equipping our students, schools, and teachers with essential tools they require in this digital era” Hon. Added.

 

He extended his warmest congratulations to all the honourees, comprising both teaching and non-teaching staff.

 

 

He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Barima Sarfo Tweneboah Kodua II (Kumawumanhene) who was represented by Nana Akwasi Agyekumhene, Mr. Kwame Oduro Owusu (District Director of Education), Dr. William Kwame Amankra Appiah (Ashanti Regional Director of Education) who was also represented by Mr. Henry Osei Boateng, the Clergy, Heads of Security Services, dignitaries, and everyone who made this august ceremony a success.
