Dr. Owusu Atuahene Kizito is a Ghana-born American businessman. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of InvestiGroup Companies, bestselling author, international deal-maker/ investment banker and a University Professor.
Early life and Education
Dr. Owusu Kizito was born in Konongo, Ghana to well- educated parents who instilled him the value of education and the joy you achieve by helping people. He is the fifth of ten children to Mr/Mrs Atuahene who are currently permanent residents of the United States but prefer to live in Ghana. As Catholic Christian, he lived in the mission house for period of 16 years. His mother is a business woman and Father an educationalist. He learnt trade from his mother and studied business to become an entrepreneur. His Father inspired him to help with church activities and assist others also.
Dr. Kizito had his high school education from Konongo Odumase Secondary School in Odumase in the Ashanti Region and proceeded to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology ( KNUST ) after he served his National Service in the early 1990s as a Junior Secondary School teacher. This experience served as a useful guide as an academician and also gleaned the necessary skills as an entrepreneur, as you develop the nurturing and listening skills necessary to be a successful businessman.
Dr. Owusu Kizito holds BSc. in Agricultural Economics from KNUST, Ghana and a certified Webmaster from Scheidegger College, UK. He completed his MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, US, postgraduate law certifications from Harvard University, US and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Phoenix, USA.
Dr. Kizito was the president of Rotaract when studying for his MBA at Hawaii Pacific University ( HPU), where community service is encouraged. The duties he served as the President of the Rotaract at HPU adequately prepared him as an active Rotarian where he serves as an active member of the Rotary Club of Elizabeth, NJ.

Dr. Kizito came to the United States through a scholarship to Hawaii Pacific University to pursue his MBA. After achieving this degree, his entrepreneurship was activated when he registered his financial services company in Hawaii in 2006 and has since established the Investigroup brand in the States of New Jersey, New York, China, Ghana and Cameroon. Dr. Owusu Kizito is the President and CEO of InvestiGroup Companies. He has over twenty years of experience in consulting, banking, financial analysis, project management, and process improvement. In addition, he has an extensive background as analytic expert regarding the calculus of decision-making, and problem solving. Dr. Kizito co-organized a multi nation collaborative cultural event with United Nations Commutech Group (UNCG) in July 2015 in recognition of the 70th anniversary of the formation of UN at the United Nations headquarters in NY. As a current Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Elizabeth, NJ Dr. Kizito is focused on the need to build a culture of peace, security, and solidarity around the world.
He received an award for his work at achieving peace in the world through a collaborative cultural event organized by UNCG and Dr. Kizito in recognition of the 70th anniversary of the formation of UN at the United Nations headquarters in NY.
In June 2014, Kizito wrote the book Lived Experiences of Home Foreclosures Consequences on Mental and Physical Health, which was published by Page Publishing. The research Kizito presents in his book covers the consequences home foreclosures have on physical and mental illness. Dr. Kizito has been positively positioning Ghana and Africa to the world as investor-friendly by his recent interviews on the New York Stock Exchange ( yahoofinance)(NYSE-TV). Kizito has successfully implemented a Collaborative Cultural Exhibition between China and Ghana, also jointly organized by the Ghana permanent mission to the United Nations and his Chinese partners.

As an Adjunct finance and business professor at Grand Canyon University, Dr Kizito has successfully published articles including the Negative Effects of Home Foreclosures on Mental and Physical Health Risks ( April-June 2015). Dr. Kizito has a goal to assist in bringing important infrastructural investments to Ghana and Africa and has made several important milestones in this effort. Investigroup is heavily invested in various private sector infrastructural projects in Ghana in real estate and roads as well as shopping Malls in Ghana and Cameroon.
