GES Automatically Employs Teachers

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has automatically employed all teachers from the Colleges of Education who have passed their Licensure and done with their National Service.

According to the Ministry of Education’s Public Relations unit in a statement made available to DGN Online, even teachers who had trailed due to several reasons got the opportunity to be employed this year.

All teachers of the 2019 batch, who have taken the National Service and passed the Licensure are being processed for automatic employment, the Ministry said.

“We are committed to raise the credibility and professionalize the teaching job to meet world standards as well as produce the best teachers to prepare our future leaders to acquire the right skills and expertise for the development of our Great nation Ghana and the world as a whole,” it said.
