Effiduase-Asokore MP Supports 60 Women Expand Their Businesses

The Member of Parliament for Effiduase-Asokore Constituency in the Ashanti Region Hon. Dr. Nana Ayew Afriye has supported 60 women in his constituency with a soft loan facility from Kwadaso Citizen Credit Union for them to expand their businesses.

The legislator after engaging the Board Members and the Management of Kwadaso Citizen Credit Union appealed to them to give out the loan to the women at an interest rate of 2% instead of 12%, whiles he pays for the remaining 10% interest on behalf of the beneficiaries.

This kind gesture from the Affable Member of Parliament has motivated and encouraged the women to work hard in other to pay back the loan with the interest of 2%.

The women in their appreciation messages to their accessible Member of Parliament commended Hon. Ayew Afriye for coming to their aid in these distress and difficult times.

The beneficiaries couldn’t hide their ecstasy and joy towards the kind gesture bestowed on them by their humble legislator.

They prayed and asked for God’s blessing to their Member of Parliament Hon Ayew Afriye and also made it clear they will always support him, to enable him continue his marvelous works for Effiduase-Asokore constituency which is unprecedented in the area.
