President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has instructed the NPP candidate in Savelugu to sign the pink sheet and concede defeat.
The NPP is alleging that a voter was allowed to vote twice for which reason the NDC PC won.
The NPP had refused to sign the rest for the parliamentary whereas the NDC also refused to sign for the presidential which Nana Addo won.
This will mean that NDC will win that seat and the EC can go ahead to declare the final results for the Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
The NPP has also hinted at filing a petition at the High Court to have the results overturned.
