CJ gives approval for GRA’s Tax Court

The Chief Justice Anin Yeboah has approved a request by the Ghana Revenue Authority for the establishment of a tax court.

According to a letter by the Chief Justice, the  court will be located at the Criminal Division of the Appeal Court within the Supreme Court buildings.

The Court will be dedicated strictly to issues concerning taxes.
