A 15 Years Old Boy Died After His Teacher Punished Him With A Broom

A father seeks justice for his child, who died after a teacher beats him with a broom for not writing his notes.

The incident has angered residents of Mhakwe as they seek justice for 15-year-old Tongai Chirongwe after his death.

The boy is believed to be a first year student at Mhakwe Secondary School, but his agriculture teacher, Mr Farau Mandikutse, punished him with a broom after he refused to write notes.

The boy started spitting blood from his mouth and nose, which led to his death. Although he was taken to hospital for treatment, he did not survive.
