The response by Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to the question he was asked by journalist during his reluctantly organized Press Encounter to the effect that; he should start implementing the so-called bold solutions for Ghana now before the elections has left many Ghanaians aghast and questioning his readiness for the highest office. When he was challenged, he nonchalantly retorted, “If I do everything now, what would I do when I become President?” This lackluster response betrays a profound misunderstanding of the role of a President and exposes his unpreparedness to lead the nation.
In stark contrast, H.E. John Dramani Mahama has unveiled a comprehensive and visionary manifesto, “Resetting Ghana,” which presents a clear and compelling roadmap for the country’s resetting and development.
