The Abuakwa North Constituency communications Officer for the National Democratic Congress NDC Alhaji Abdul Wahab Amadu, has rendered an unqualified apology to His Excellency Ambassador Victor Smith for his unsavory words against him during their parliamentary primaries
Alhaji Abdul Wahab, stated ” I went overboard to organised a press conference to attacked His Excellency Ambassador Victor Smith during the Constituency elections thinking he was behind the hullabaloo and the altercation that happened in our internal elections, and I have realised that all what I heard was a rumours,
“As it is said, sometimes he who’s creating the path is unaware the path is crooked and so I have listened and reflected on what happened and leadership of the party have corrected and advised me. So after the reflected, I wish to state that I am deeply sorry and I apologise to His Excellency Ambassador Victor Smith and all those who may have been affected by my words to forgive me
I have learnt many lessons from this unfortunate incident and I vow not to find myself under such circumstances again. His Excellency Ambassador Victor Smith is the God father of the party and a good leader as well who has been supporting the NDC both constituency and national level and his services, loyalty and commitment shall ever continue to recognised
Alhaji Abdul Wahab urged all communicators to have self – control in order to ensure that this sort of behaviour does not re – occur
