Akufo-Addo is an oppressor – Asiedu Nketiah

The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has described President Akofo Addo as an oppressor who has thrown democracy into tatters.

According to him, there’s so much insecurity in the country and Ghanaians are unhappy.

Explaining the reasons for the Minority in Parliament’s walkout on Thursday, Mr. Asiedu Nketiah said the Minority cannot be part of an oppressor rule hence the walkout.

The Minority staged a walkout before the President’s fourth State Of The Nation Address (SONA) to Parliament clad in red attires.

The General Secretary reiterated that President Akufo Addo does not allow the rule of accountability to operate and has rather championed the operation of galamsey to enrich the NPP.
