Apologise And Resign As Regional Chief Imam -Angry Muslim Youth tells Ashanti Regional Chief Imam

Ashanti Regional chief imam hot as some aggrieved Muslim youth in kumasi gives him up to Wednesday to resign as Ashanti Regional chief Imam and join politics else what will happen will happen.

Upon reaching one of the youth Mohammed Rabiu, who claims to be the leader of the group says we are all muslims, As a leader we the youth are imitating you as a reputable imam but today the Imam is disgracing us especially the muslims people within kumasi with his political games

We can’t prevent him for not doing politics but to where he is as at now as the Regional chief imam, we don’t want to behaviour he should humbly resign or else some thing disgraceful will happen simply.

You can join Ndc or Your Npp but don’t use the imamship to bring Islam down . We are therefore humbly appealing to you to resign and join the race of politics.

Source on our news desk indicate that , some of Islamic scholars and opinion leaders within kumasi , Are trying their possible best to calm the situation but the aggrieved youth refused to chase the Regional chief imam after 3 days if he refused to resign as Regional chief imam.
