ARSOG Elections Scheduled for July 31

The Audiovisual Rights Society of Ghana (ARSOG) prepares for its highly anticipated Board of Directors elections, scheduled for tomorrow, July 31st.

The election, a key event in the organization’s calendar, will determine the new leadership tasked with steering ARSOG into its next phase of development and strategic planning.

The event, poised to shape the future of Ghana’s audiovisual industry, will take place at the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology, near GNAT Hall, Workers College, Adabraka, Accra.

The elections will feature a slate of candidates competing in two key categories: Producers and Authors, and Performers of Audiovisual Works/Contents.

In the Producers and Authors category, the contenders are:

Emmanuel Etteh
Michael Kwaku Ola Ntiamoah
Steve Asare Hackman
Paul Adjei
Nana Kofi Acheampong
Kaakyire Kwame Appiah
Samuel Akawasi Nyamekye

For the Performers of Audiovisual Works/Contents category, the candidates include:

Kafui Dzivenu
Jonas Nbawona
Bill Asamoah
James Clarke

The outcome of this election will determine the new Board of Directors for ARSOG, who will be entrusted with the critical task of advancing the interests and rights of audiovisual creators and performers in Ghana.
