At the Ghana Events Summit in 2023, Mr. Richard Osei, CEO of ASUAVO Security, declared that Ghana is a safe haven for global events.

During an interview with Joy news at the just ended Ghana Events Summit held on 14th October 2023 , Mr . Richard Osei a speaker for the event emphasized on the fact that Ghana is a save haven for global events . Many reasons including his company ; ASUAVO Security involvement in many Global Events Such as Afro Future , Global Citizen and many more are affirmation to these  claims .  Also through his experience and excellence for the past five years and outstanding works support from National Security Agencies especially the Ghana Police Service all backs his statement.

Explaining further ; he said in the world where security and stability are prime factors  for hosting global events, Ghana has become a shining beacon, earning its reputation as a safe haven for international gatherings. With its stable political climate, friendly atmosphere, and thriving events industry , Ghana has successfully positioned itself as a prime destination for various global events, from conferences to cultural festivals, music concerts ,weddings , among others .

Ghana’s commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region has been a key driver in attracting international organizations and event planners. The country’s democracy and peaceful transitions of power have earned it respect on the global stage, with political leaders emphasizing diplomacy and unity in their governance.

Mr. Ernest Odame ; The project manager for Ghana Tourism Authority, who was also a speaker at the Ghana Event Summit has also mentioned that Ghana is a Holiday Destination for everyone around the world . He explains that initiative like the year of return and beyond the year of return and December in Gh has played role in marketing the country and attracting Global Events . He added that over the years there have been more Global Events and interest from external event organizers to host the international event in Africa Ghana . He affirms that this is due to the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere.
