Black Sherif has received a nomination for the 2025 BET Awards’ “Best International Act” category.

After a successful North American tour and the release of his second studio album, “Iron Boy,” the Ghanaian artist was nominated. He recently performed in Antwerp, Belgium, and is currently on the Europe leg.

With a formidable lineup that includes Ayra Starr, Rema, Tyla, Gabrielly, MC Luanna, Joé Dwèt Filé, SDM, Basky, Ezra Collective, and Uncle Waffles, Black Sherif is the sole candidate from Ghana this year.

Talents like Abigail Chams, Shallipopi, Dlala Thukzin, and KWN are also highlighted in the “Best New International Act” category.

Black Sherif’s nomination will join a long list of worldwide honors for excellence in music, entertainment, and culture at the 2025 BET Awards.
