Bono East NPP Chairman calls for unity, compassion at Eid al-Adha celebration

The Bono East Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Ibrahim Bukari Baba, popularly known as “The Game Changer,” has called on Ghanaians to embrace the spirit of compassion and unity as a path to national progress and personal fulfillment.

Speaking at a grand Eid al-Adha celebration he hosted in Techiman, Chairman IB urged citizens to develop the habit of lifting one another from low status to higher ground. He stated that a society can only thrives when people look out for one another.

“As individuals and as a nation, we must make it a habit to support one another, the future is unknown, and none of us knows what lies ahead, but by helping others rise, we build a stronger, more united Ghana where everyone has a chance to succeed.” He stated.

The event, organized to mark the annual Muslim festival of sacrifice, brought together a wide range of people including football stars, movie actors, musicians, party faithfuls, and residents of Techiman. Guests shared meals, drinks, and enjoyed moments of social interaction in a warm and welcoming environment.

Chairman IB used the opportunity to send a strong message to members of the New Patriotic Party across the country. He stressed that unity, teamwork, and a shared vision are essential if the party is to regain power in the next general elections.

“We are one people with a common destiny,when we come together in unity, nothing can stop us. The NPP shall come back stronger and win the 2028 elections.” He stated

The Bono East NPP Chairman also commended party members for their resilience and encouraged them to stay focused, rebuild trust with the grassroots, and remain committed to the party’s core values.
