Brakwa Breman Rural Bank PLC after 37 years of consistent operations have introduced ‘Ghanapay’ application (APP) to enhance transactions.
The application which will enable customers to easily send and receive money from their accounts is said to serve customers with no hindrance.
The CEO of the bank Mr. Felix Domprey in an interview with Evans Kweku Oboafi Junior (HARDROCK), during the bank’s 37th Annual General Meeting this weekend said, this application will help the bank improve it services to all customers, create sustainable value for all stakeholders while minimizing and diversifying the bank’s risk.
“We are very happy to introduce this application, at least this will help everyone especially our customers who don’t stay around or who don’t have enough time to attend to our offices frequently, all you have to do is to dail *707# on your phone and you are free to go” Mr Felix Domprey stated.
” We know most of our customers are market women who are not familiar with the technological system but we will try our best to deploy people to give them basic knowledge about it until they become use to” He added.
Mr. Felix Domprey lastly called on the general public and the bank’s customers to increase their deposits in other to continue to protect and grow their investments.
