JUST IN: Man caught stealing a pregnant woman’s panties at university [PHOTOS]

A yet-to-be-identified man who stole panties belonging to a pregnant woman was nabbed today October 18,  at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai in Niger State. Though the suspect’s motive of stealing the panties is not yet known. he has already been handed over to security operatives.
