The J.E.A. Mills Memorial Heritage Governing Board takes immense pride in announcing the 13th John Evans Atta Mills Anniversary Commemorative Lecture, themed “Atta Mills: A Case Study for the Fourth Republic.”
This momentous occasion is scheduled to unfold on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, at 2 pm, within the distinguished premises of the Ohene Kofi Konadu Auditorium at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
