Confirmed: GFA Elections scheduled for October 25

The Normalisation Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed the date for the long-awaited election of new leadership to manage the affairs of the Association.

Per a statement on the GFA’s website, the Congress to elect the President as well as the swearing in ceremony will be held on Friday, October, 25.

While opening of nomination is scheduled for Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 20, vetting of qualified candidates will take place from September 26 to October 1.

Regional FA elections are set to be conducted on October 18 across the various regional capitals ahead of the GFA Presidential elections.
