CONVID-19: Buhari is set to address Nigerians

Following the social media protest that President Muhammadu Buhari must address the Nation on the coronavirus update, presidency has responded that all is now set for the president to address Nigerians.

According to the special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, “President Muhammadu Buhari will broadcast to the nation Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 7pm”.

The statement added that “Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast.
