Well, in one resurfaced video, Sean “Diddy” Combs, a music mogul and founder of Bad Boy Records, kisses a woman who looks like his mother, Janice Combs, on her mouth outside his home in South Florida.

In an otherwise harmless video, it was upon the moment when Diddy gave a peck on his mother’s lips that got people talking back online, pretty well.

The video, which showed Diddy and his mom getting IV drips for hydration, showed Janice lovingly telling her son, “I love you.” Her son returned the endearing reply before their moment got weird, and after a moment of tenderness, they actually shared a kiss. Social media went in an uproar over how utterly uneasy the moment was.

The clip’s release comes at a time when the name Diddy is already clouded by controversy. The rapper-turned-entrepreneur, 54, is facing serious legal battles for alleged sex trafficking and abuse. He was arrested by authorities at a hotel in Manhattan, New York, with further investigations discovering 1,000 bottles of baby oil and defaced AR-15 rifles in his Miami and Los Angeles properties.
