High life music is not dead – Rexzee

Versatile musician Rexford Adu Boateng known within the Showbiz industry as Rexzee has stated that highlife music is not dead.

According to him, anyone who claims that the genre is dead does not understand music.

With over 20 years experience in the music industry, he explained that music is dyanamic and that with time there will obviously be changes in the genre.

“Most of the popular songs in Ghana today are highlife even though some have decided to give it different names so high life is not dead”.

Rexzee who is currently preparing to release an album by the end of this year has assured his fans of releasing several singles from the album.

The first single he promised of releasing is titled Boboeaa with a video yet to be shot in the United Kingdom.
