EU to remove Ghana from money laundering list

Ghana is to be removed from the European Union’s money laundering list, government has announced.

According to the Jubilee House, the EU is taking the decision as a result of Ghana’s efforts in implementing the Action Plan of the International Country Risk Guide.

A government statement Friday also noted Ghana is being considered as the hub for COVID-19 vaccines in Africa. The development is coming out of the President’s trip to some European countries.
