Fire destroys 15 shops at Suame Magazine

Fire has gutted about 15 shops at Suame Magazine industrial cluster, in the Ashanti Regional capital Kumasi.

Mechanic shops at the Zone 13 of the Suame Magazine enclave were also destroyed by the inferno.

An eye witness who had his shop burnt said “I had a distress call around 3AM. When I got here, the fire was still blazing until we called the Fire Service to the scene.”

The cause of the fire is not yet know.
