The Acting CEO of Ghana Gas, Ing. Dr. Robert Kofi Lartey, has successfully held his inaugural management meeting with the Ghana Gas Senior Staff Association (GGSSA).
This pivotal gathering marked the beginning of a series of scheduled engagements with key stakeholders of the company. During the meeting, the executives of the GGSSA expressed their unwavering commitment and support for Dr. Lartey’s vision, demonstrating their enthusiasm for his leadership and the company’s objectives.

In his address, Dr. Lartey emphasized the importance of prioritizing welfare issues, underscoring the need to enhance recreational facilities, review collective bargaining agreements, and improve transportation and logistics.
He also highlighted the necessity of revising performance appraisal systems and implementing infrastructural projects to bolster operational capacity and revenue.
