Ghanaian Mining Engineer Dr. Solomon Owusu hailed as Hero in Fight Against Galamsey

Dr. Solomon Owusu, a Ghanaian-USA based mining engineer, has been commended for his tireless efforts in combating illegal mining (galamsey) in Ghana. In a statement, Dr. Owusu expressed his triumph and vindication, saying, “Thanks be to God for vindicating me.”

Dr. Owusu’s crusade against galamsey has been marked by relentless attacks, frustration, and insults from those who sought to maintain the status quo of pollution and devastation. However, he persevered, driven by his commitment to create jobs and generate wealth for Ghana’s youth.

Dr. Owusu criticized President Akufo Addo’s administration for its failure to effectively address the galamsey issue, citing greed, corruption, and politicization as major obstacles.

He expressed gratitude to former President John Mahama for his support and encouragement during his struggle.

With his vindication, Dr. Owusu has renewed his call to action, urging all citizens to join him in the fight against galamsey. He disclosed that he would continue to remain steadfast in his commitment to saving Ghana from environmental disaster and building a brighter future for generations to come.

It has been asserted that Dr. Owusu’s heroic efforts have sparked hope for a galamsey-free Ghana, and his message has resonated with many who share his vision for a sustainable and prosperous nation.
