GRATIS Foundation and CERTAIN GTS Co. Ltd, a Korean company, have partnered to upgrade Ghana’s gari industry through a Carbon Financing Gari Processing Project.
The collaboration aims to introduce modern, energy-efficient processing equipment to reduce firewood use and promote cleaner gari production.
The project, led by GRATIS Foundation, will establish assembly centers in selected regions and train youth in machinery assembly, operation, and maintenance.
This initiative aligns with Ghana’s goals of driving industrial development through sustainable technology and green innovation.
