HIEFS USING LANDGURDS TO EJECT US FROM DARKOMAN POST OFFICE LAND – ARTISANS CRY FOR HELP

Artisans on the Darkoman Ghana post land are crying for help after chiefs allegedly using Landgurds and national security operatives to forcefully evict them without notice or alternative.

 

The Artisans numbering over 1, 000 and mechanical shops are calling on the Government to allocate a piece of land for them if he intends to develop the Darkoman Ghana Post Land.

 

The Artisans in a press conference today alleged that the chiefs through national security operatives, Police and some Landgurds in the area assaulted them during an unlawful demolishing recently.

 

Leaders of the Artisans Association speaking at the press conference said they are now living in fears and panic as the Landgurds keep threatening them with guns.

 

They are therefore calling on the IGP, the Greater Accra Regional Minister and the lands ministry to intervene as the thugs said they were National security sent by Government and Ghana Post to redeem the land.
