Hoodlums Allegedly Brutalised Man at Krofrom

Hoodlums numbering six supposedly brutalized and inflicted wounds on a 27 old man at Akrofrom in the Afigya Kwabere South district of the Ashanti Region.

The incident happened last Friday, August 5 2022 around 4 PM.

An eye witness report indicates that, the victim Michael Osei was preventing the gang, alleged to have been ordered by Nana Otimpue Aben Sassamo Panin (Chief of Patasi in the Afigya Kwabere South) to take dominion over the victim’s family house.

According to the report, the Patasi chief had earlier on decided to seize the victim’s family house for his gods but the case was sent to court for justice.

Whilst the case still in court, the chief however ordered his brothers to rename to old family house last Friday.

The victim on the order hand didn’t accept the approach so the hoodlums were allegedly ordered to brutalize Michael Osei over his resistance.

They beat him mercilessly and inflicted wounds on him.

He then reported the case to the Apagya police station where the gang of 6 namely, Nana Boakye, Boat , Atta (fetishpriest), Alex and 2 others were apprehended.

Report suggest the they have been released by the police but have threatened to kill their victim.
