KiDi refuses to release a ‘very serious’ song he’s recorded until he features Lumba on it

Lynx Entertainment signee, KiDi born Dennis Nana Dwamena has revealed that he’s passionately and patiently waiting to feature legendary Highlife musician, Daddy Lumba on a particular song he has already recorded.

In an exclusive interview on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM with Amansan Krakye monitored by MyNewsGh.com, KiDi said that his incessant desire to feature Daddy Lumba on that particular song will compel him not to ever release the song if his dream doesn’t come into reality.

“I will be super excited to do a song with Daddy Lumba. I have said it a number of times that I have recorded this particular song and I have vowed that if I don’t feature Daddy Lumba on that song there is no way I’m ever going to release that song,” he vowed.

‘Enjoyment’ hitmaker, KiDi said that the song which he aspires to one day collabo with Daddy Lumba, has already been recorded and should he chance upon the legend someday he’ll grab the opportunity with both hands.

He added on Kastle Drive “So I have already recorded that song and if the opportunity comes that I come into contact with Daddy Lumba today I will play the song to his hearing. If he loves the song then certainly that’s all and we move forward with it.”

Daddy Lumba is a multiple award-winning Ghanaian musician with a career spanning over three decades. Lumba aka DL was born Charles Kwadwo Fosu on the 29th of September, 1964 in a village called Nsuta.
