Kofi Kinaata in Court for character defamation [PHOTO]

Ghanaian Rapper and songwriter Kofi Kinaata is currently in court over character defamation

Kofi Kinaata is however demanding an apology from event promoter and artist manager identified as Sleeky for making defamatory statements about the artist.

He is also demanding a public apology and clearance from the promoter before May 22, 2020 or meet him in court.

The summons signed by the lawyers of Kofi Kinaata and his team move in Takoradi, Bosomtwi Sam and Associates has been served to Sleeky, who has further acknowledged receipt.

According to him he is ready to respond accordingly.

Kofi Kinaata is demanding a public apology from the promoter for some defamatory statements he made on Facebook.

The summons has been received by Sleeky says….

“Take notice and notice is nearby given to you that, should you fail to comply by this notice by the time hearin set, we shall not hesitate but promptly sue you in court for the necessary remedies,”
