LGBTQI IS Haram In Islam – Alhaji Umar Bodinga

Alhaji Umar Bodinga, is a Muslim scholar and also the Eastern Regional First Vice Chairman of the New patriotic party NPP has voice out into the recent trending of LGBTQI in the country saying is “Haram” in Islam so know need to entertain
He said, homosexuality or LGBTQI is anathema to Islam so the majority of both believers and non – believers suppose throughout the Muslim world. It is met with hostility, where state punishment range from hefty fines to jail penalty
According to him, Islam is the second largest religious in the world, and noted for it’s diversity of culture and ethnicity. Founded by the prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) never introduced what we called LGBTQI
“Muslim holy book, the Quran tells the story of Lot and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, Sodomy in the Arabic is (Liwat) based on lot name, in the Quran men having sex with each other should be punished, and it adds that is also a curse to the family and the country
Islam prohibition of Liwat (Sodomy) and other same sex behavior reflected the obvious meaning of quranic passages condemning male – male sexual intercourse and, therefore was not open to reinterpretation ( at least not without employing highly implausible hermeneutics and deviating from matters deemed.known of the religious by necessity and thus definitional of the faith
Speaking to Mr Awal Adam he said ‘ there are no verified cases of gay people completely ridding themselves of same sex attraction, but it does appear possible for some people who are predisposed to same sex attraction to expand their sexual repertoire develop attraction for opposite sex partners as well , and even opt for the opposite sex exclusively
I  think highly motivated people can change their behavior and they can clearly change their label, said Alhaji Umar Bodinga
