Lil Win’s movie “A Country Called Ghana” meets Rivers International Film Festival standard

Lil Win’s latest film, “A Country Called Ghana”, has been acknowledge by a film festival in Nigeria.

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, Lil Win shared on his Instagram that his film has been selected for the Rivers International Film Festival.

The Rivers International Film Festival, hosted annually by Desgol Entertainment Worldwide, is scheduled to take place in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, from October 24 to October 27, 2024.

Since its premiere in May 2024, A Country Called Ghana, directed by Frank Fiifi Gharbin, has garnered several awards.

On August 3, it was named Best Indigenous Film at the Nollywood Film Festival in Germany.

Featuring Nollywood stars such as Ramsey Nouah and Victor Oswuagu, the movie also secured three awards at the 2024 IMO International Film Festival in Nigeria.
