Following President Akufo-Addo’s move to indulge Christian leaders to pray for the country against the deadly coronavirus, his Vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has followed suit to host Muslim leaders to do same.
The breakfast prayer meeting ongoing at the Jubilee House has in attendance the Chief Imam, Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, representatives of the various Islamic sects, members of the Council of Zongo chiefs, former Greater Accra Regional Minister, Sheikh I.C Quaye among others.
The Health Ministry on Thursday, March 19 disclosed confirmed four more cases of the deadly coronavirus, bringing to total eleven (11) cases in the country so far.
