Man, 29, defiles 13-year-old twins at Apam

A 29-year-old man has brutally defiled 13-year-old girls who are twins at Apam in the Central Region.

The victims had reportedly been sent on an errand by their mother when the suspect beckoned them. The girls who were a bit hesitant decided to heed to the call.

The suspect then asked one of them to go and buy Coca-Cola for him and threatened to beat her mercilessly if she returned early.

When she left, the suspect dragged the other twin to his room, pushed her on the bed, tied her and forcefully had sex with the girl. He then threatened her not to inform anybody about her ordeal or he’ll kill her.

He later defiled the other twin.

A report was filed with the Apam Police who subsequently effected the suspect’s arrest. He is to be arraigned before court soon.

Meanwhile, the father of the suspect is piling pressure on the victims’ mother [a single parent] who lives in an uncompleted building to take the case out of the police station and have the issue settled amicably at home.

The suspect’s father has promised to take care of the twins.
