Man, 35 Arrested For Allegedly Raping Physically-challenged Girl

Police have arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly raping a physically-challenged girl in Ogun State.

The man identified as Kehinde is a resident of Abule Isale, Ilogbo Road, Ota and per what we gathered he is currently in court defending himself.

While in court, the Prosecutor, Insp.E.O. Adaraloye notified the court that the culprit committed the offense at his residence about 10.30 p.m. on February 12.

However, the culprit pleaded not guilty to the charge before he was granted bail to the tune of N500,000 with two sureties by the presiding judge, Mrs. A.O. Adeyemi.

The case was further adjourned to June 19 for the actual trial.
