A hell-father has been arrested for allegedly defiling his 4 yrs old daughter for 3yrs and using scissors to cut her private part for ‘easy’ entry.

The incident happened in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State. The 38-Year Old man identified as Peter Sunday Etim was reported to have been molesting the 4-Yr-Old girl since she was 1 year old.
