NDC PC donates computers, desks and street bulbs to schools in Berekun.

 

The parliamentary candidate for the opposition party NDC in Berekun East, Hon. Simon Ampaabeng Kyeremeh has donated 25 computers, 75 dual desks and 10 street bulbs to some selected schools to bost learning and teaching in Berekun East.

 

Schools like Kotal M/A basic school, Berekun Methodist C, Berekun Senior High School among others were given these materials this weekend after emergency request from the schools authorities to the parliamentary candidate.

 

Talking to media during the kind gesture, Hon. Kyeremeh expressed bitterly about how most the schools in his Constituency are in deplorable states in this 21st century.

 

“Education is one of the keys to help develop every nation so I have taken it upon my shoulders to help boost learning and teaching in my constituency because I want to see my children picking-up in education ” Honourable Kyeremeh stated.

 

 

“After the donation, I have seen some of the schools need renovations and re-roofing, so I am going back to meet my team and by the grace of God, we will come back and do the needful” Honourable Kyeremeh added.

 

 

Talking to some of the head-teachers and students, they proved how excited they are by singing “Hallelujah” and “blessing songs” for the honourable and also asked for more.
