Osei Bonsu SHS Organizes Mathematics Debate

Osei Bonsu Senior High School located in Bono East region specifically in Nkoranza North District has organized Mathematics Debate after celebration of the Global Mathematics Day to inculcate in the students the need to make Mathematics a favorite subject instead of seeing maths as difficult subject .

The headmaster of the school Mr. Seth Badu gave an open remark before the debate kick off, he said the school recorded good performance in mathematics when WAEC recently released the result, that many students had A1 and the least grade was B3 which  shows great improvement. He urged students to make Mathematics their favorite among other subject and constantly solve examinable questions, that the more you solve questions the more you develop interest for it and the simple it becomes.

The head of the Mathematics department Mr. Adjei Kwaku briefly added that Mathematics is very important in all aspect of  human life so every student should take it serious, that constant practices make it study very simple to the learner.

The debate which was organized between SHS two and three Shaked the ground, where participants actually proved that Mathematics should be seen by students as not a difficult subject but rather an interesting subject with so many benefits to humanity.
