PHOTOS: A Law Student Goes Blind After Tattooing Her Eyeball

A young Irish woman studying law regrets copying the famous Australian model eyeball tattoos because she lost her eyesight. The Law student Anaya Peterson from Northern Ireland but based in Belfast, who was inspired by Australian models named Amber Luke, well known as the “Blue Eyes White Dragon” and tattooed her eyeballs, has gone blind.

Despite warnings from her parents and friends, this law student has copied every lifestyle model from hers. She got her tongue split and decided to take a chance and she got bright blue eyes tattooed in July 2020 in her right eye thinking that if she goes blind she has to see with the left eye. Her daughter even told her not to do it, but she didn’t take anyone’s advice.

The procedures went well for her, but she only had headaches and dry eyes. A few months later, she also had her left eye tattooed. But her condition worsened when she woke up one morning with swollen eyes. The lady immediately went to the hospital and received intravenous medication for three days and had a biopsy of her problem eyes of hers.

Although she has recovered but she is on the verge of going blind. She can’t see anything like before. The law student now regrets tattooing her eyeballs, but it’s too late for her to reverse the whole procedure.
