PHOTOS: Bawumia On The Run After Butchering Wife At Agyapong Krom

A Thirty Seven Year Old Man identified as Bawumia is on the run after he butchered his wife, Ama Kobre.

This sad incident happened on Thursday, August 18, 2022, around 3:30pm at Agyapong Krom near Juaboso.

Narrating the incident to Filasconews.com, eye witness, Sikaba Babora said, misunderstanding ensued between the couple after the woman returned from the market yesterday.

The man, recently has been accusing the wife of infidelity leading to petty scuffles between the duo.

Unfortunately, after the woman, Ama Kobre had finished preparing “fufu” for the family yesterday, the man without provocation attacked her with machete.

He inflicted several machete wounds on her and took to his heel after the heinous act.

A young boy blew alarmed and nearby residents came to the intervention of the woman.

Ama Kobre is currently battling for her life at the Juaboso Government Hospital.

   

The suspect, Bawumia is yet to be apprehended by the police.
