PHOTOS: Keta Lagoon Resort detroyed by fire

Credible information reaching the desk of My News Ghana indicates that the Keta Lagoon Resort located in Keta in the Volta Region has been gutted down by fire.

Narrating the incident to the media, Security Officer on duty at the time, Mr. Bright Kwawu, said that he was going about his usual duty when he heard noise coming from the inside.

He turned his attention to realise that the place had caught up in fire.

According to him, they made attempts to call the District Fire Service which was successful but the Fire Service Officers could not arrive at the premises early enough as the place was already destroyed upon their arrival.

He added that he suspects the Fire should be caused by an electrical fault.
