PHOTOS: Students of Yilo Krobo SHS sleep outside due to lack dormitories

Students of Yilo Krobo Senior High School in the Eastern Region sleep outside due to lack of dormitories.

The situation is very worrying and calls for immediate action.

The current Wooden structure in the school, housing the students was constructed in 1972. It supposed to accommodates 70 students but now it is housing over 1000 students.

Furniture is another issue where Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) of the school last year appealed to parents of form 1 students to buy plastic chairs for their wards to be used in school.
